And of course, like one of Trump's executive orders was colloquially known as the Muslim ban.
And FIFA would have had foreknowledge of so much of this.
And that's where kind of the longstanding relationship with Trump is supposed to come in, that these partnerships actually kind of smooth these situations.
But it hasn't happened and it hasn't promoted any kind of unity.
Well, it always does.
I mean, look at Qatar.
Qatar was the most controversial World Cup in history.
Actually, the World Cup, I'd say, was the most moral issues in history, given it couldn't be staged without what human rights groups would call slave labour.
