Yes.

I'm hugely excited by it.

I mean, there's things to be terrified about in terms of AI, but as a small business owner where you're struggling to grow revenue, you're struggling to keep your expenses in line, you're struggling to be productive,

It's got to be way, way more helpful than anything.

And as someone once said to me, if you're terrified of what the future will bring, the sooner you get with the program, the better off you'll be, right?

So yes, it will be terrifying and it will take jobs.

But if you can get ahead of it and help that make your business more productive, or even just for yourself to reduce stress, help you better understand risks, I mean, that's got to be a good thing.

Yeah, I was on the Herald panel last week talking about this, about what's your thoughts on the government in terms of they're getting rid of a lot of roles, say MSD, Minister of Social Development, and they're putting AI agents in there now.

And...

They're also talking about that AI can be politically biased.

Yes.

For me, in terms of MSD or wins, it's a hard one because you can't let the decision on whether a mum gets support be reliant on a machine.

I don't know about that.

I think the answer is yes, you could, and that may not be a smart thing to do.

But I don't think necessarily that the machine would be more biased than a human being.

Now it's got some of that you can program out if you like.

You can write instructions to make it less biased.

But yeah, in some areas I would back a machine more to do things than a human being.
