And so to offset that, we created a context within which we ultimately said we can move from being in the middle of the problem to being at the heart of the solution.
So that first context basically said to you, there is nothing to do here.
Just suck it up.

There was a context that basically froze us and there was a context that empowered us.
And so it takes quite a lot of what I would call emotional and intellectual energy and rigor to get from being frozen to actually being empowered.

We can be more responsible.
We will put ourselves out there and bear the risk of being accused of hypocrisy or worse.
