to a large degree in terms of like, if you're just looking raw numbers, he has a much better reputation league wide than he does statistics.
And he's been up for a number of coaching jobs in the past and was even blocked by David Tepper, the Carolina Panthers owner at one point from interviewing for other defensive coordinator jobs because they felt so strongly about him.
So he's very much like a guy that people believe in.
They like his personality.
They like his vision.
They like his leadership style.
And they think that that is much better than what he's done with a roster devoid of talent on that side of the ball or just lacking in talent on that side of the ball.
Yeah, I would give him C+.
