And so I'm kind of, and I'm just doing it on spec for fun.
But part of me is like, maybe this will turn into something.
I was the English language writer, which really ended up being the English language joke writer because on that game, Sakurai was very, very generous to insist that every language write new jokes that fit within the spirit of what the joke was, but to not one-to-one translate his jokes because he knew they wouldn't work.
Sakurai, awesome dude.
I don't know what my pitch would be.
That's such a complicated weirdo game.
like, honestly, I would just make it an eggplant wizard movie.
Like that's, that's, that's my problem is I would just want to write all about eggplant wizard, just like a weird eggplant looking dude who turns other people into eggplants.
That's all I would focus on.
Um,
I genuinely don't know.
Cause it's such a bat shit series that does so many things, which makes it an amazing video game to write jokes for.
But I can't imagine a two hour movie out of it.
You know what?
It could be a cartoon.
I could see it as a TV show.
If it was like Greek adventure of the week.
I finished it.
I might play it again.
I really loved it.
