You know, at first I thought this isn't the best game to start with given the way the Super Bowl went, but maybe the Patriots will have a little something up their sleeves for the Seahawks tonight.
Well, you're right.
There's a chance that we would be in Denver today, not in Seattle.
Or there's a chance that it wouldn't be the Patriots tonight because there would have been no reason to have a Super Bowl rematch 'cause it wouldn't be one.
But that weird broken foot that nobody knew about until an hour and a half after the divisional round that set the stage for Jared Stidham and the Broncos not making it
The planets lined up perfectly for the Patriots last year, all the way until the Super Bowl.
At that point, that's when the that's when the solar system went out of whack for the Patriots.
But it was a special year for them.
Only one team wins it and they far overachieved what anyone expected, especially after the train wreck they had in twenty twenty four.
I don't know if they're gonna delve into it the way that
it was addressed and I think it was addressed appropriately at the Hall of Fame game and Mike Tomlin's point is a very good one.
If they stumble out of the gates, the noise will get loud very quickly and their first four games are tonight Seahawks, then at home against the Steelers, and then they've got the Jaguars and the Bills.
So one and three is not out of the question what happens if that occurs.
And the other wild card is
when and will and whether we will hear from
Diana Rossini and hear her h side of the story.
And I don't know what her side of the story is.
Nobody knows what her side of the story is, but whatever she says, at a minimum, is gonna prompt a question of Mike Vrabel for his reaction on whatever she says, and it possibly could open a can of worms that complicates for uh things for him in a in a way that they haven't been complicated to date.
We just don't know until she tells her story.
