Exactly, based on local incomes, based on affordability, based on housing stock, because we need to build more houses too.
I should say, though, if national government wanted to do this on a national level, I wouldn't oppose that either.
Just someone needs to do that.
And whether it comes at the most local level or the national level, that's a conversation I'm open to.
But the problem that we need to fix is the spiralling rents that are getting more and more expensive.
The only system that works, it may not be perfect, is capitalism.

I remember having James Cleverley on once, and I was taking the mickey out of, I think it was Rachel Reeves, who it was revealed had charged her electricity to the taxpayer from her second home, even though it wasn't that far away from London.
And I could see him kind of squirming a little bit.
And I said, this is outrageous, isn't it?
I said, especially if you don't live that far from London.
