because he couldn't claim mortgage relief anymore since they changed the rules and he moved into the house next door so he could rent it so he could claim the the mortgage on that so he could claim the rent on that therefore could pay the mortgage i mean because he rented out his his other house right so he sort of did a double dip and when i had him on i said you know how do you explain to people that they should trust you and he just went everything i did was within the rules
