So I have my big meal generally at about half one.

I've got like a Tupperware plastic tub just full of chicken, potatoes, broccoli and carrots.

Big tub of it.

I don't even like freeze the thing.

I just put a load of it in the fridge and that'll do me like four dinners.

Wow.

Every single time I'm like, this is lovely.

I take a certain amount of chicken, potatoes, broccoli and carrots out.

I heat it up in the microwave, put it down.

I put butter on the potatoes, quite a lot of Kerrygold butter on there.

I also get

mayonnaise and hot sauce and put that as a mixture on the side and then i'll kind of dip the chicken in that there'll be chicken thighs now so it'll be like there'll be skin on the chicken quite fatty quite tasty pepper and salt and i have this all the time this exact dinner and it never gets i can't believe it every time i'm like you've done it again
