quite an admirable form of communication if you think about it because I know relationships I've had with women it's often like oh how is everything and they'll be like oh it's fine and I go to give them a kiss they give me the cheek you know and then I'm like oh are you sure it's fine then they're like yeah it's fine and it's this slow withdrawal of affection you know what I mean whereas like if you were like someone hey how are you and they were like have a look in the bed you'd know where you stand you know

So this book has inspired a lot of material actually, because I just found it.
I remember I watched an Adam Curtis documentary a few years ago and it like inspired a whole lot of, you know, it just gives you a new way of thinking about things and suddenly you're like, oh, right.

And I'm just kind of very interested in just why I feel ashamed so much, you know, like what the hell is that about?
