Don't try to do a whole bunch of stuff.
Get one workflow that's going to solve a specific need for the way that you work.
Because with Obsidian, if you have an idea for a specific workflow that's not working in another app, whether it's task management or anything,
you can probably build it.
So build that one thing that's really gonna add value, and then you can layer things on top of that.
That's exactly what I did with the daily questions.
Once I got consistent with the daily questions, now I've got sections in that daily note where I can capture a journal entry, I can capture a gratitude entry, I can capture any wins that I have.
And I can build all these systems in so it all gets pulled together using these queries, so it's easy to review when I do my personal retreats.
But I have failed lots of times with journaling.
I've failed lots of times with task and project management.

Definitely take a look at that video because this is not for the faint of heart.
This is the evolution of me failing over and over and over again before I found a system that actually worked for me.
But yeah, so that's what I mean by battle tested.
It's like it took me a long time, a lot of trial and error, but I landed on some things that actually worked.
