There's so much subtext here.
but anyway you know then that was just we just kept putting money into it like whatever we bought it for we ended up putting that much more money into it just keep it moving and uh yeah that was kind of tough but i do think once again you were right in the sense of saying hey i don't want to put financial strain on our family we didn't budget for that we didn't have a monthly payment into our budget and times were tough at that time
And for me, I'm always of the school of thought of I'm always like fixing old stuff.
I'm like, man, it's just better to get something new and take really, really good care of it.
I mean, that's just something, you know, that I do for everything.
Get it new, just service the heck out of it.
And then it runs for 15 plus years or whatever.
So that was kind of my take on it.
But it did.
I think it caused, obviously, if we're still talking about it.
22 years later.
That was a big decision that we made.
But it did highlight once again, like my experiences versus your experiences.
And your conservative side of things, and I'm conservative, you're ultra conservative when it comes to finances.
And I think that really highlighted, you know, once again, our personalities, you know, how I'm willing more to kind of be a little bit more, take a little bit more of a risk where you're like, if it's not in stone, when I don't have it written down, it ain't happening kind of vibe.
