But what we have found out is that the offensive coordinator for the Seattle Seahawks will become the next head coach of the Las Vegas Raiders.
They will draft Fernando Mendoza, which I think is a great start for them.

I think if he were in another draft and maybe a guy like Trevor Lawrence or Andrew Luck were in there, he was not going to go No.

But I've got to tell you...
I'm so impressed with the young man.
I'm so impressed with his personal story with his mom.
I'm so impressed with how his teammates really respect him.
You watch him on the field.
He never complains to the officials.
These are all the things that NFL scouts are looking at, as well as the other aspects of himself, being 6'5", 235 pounds.
He's graduated with a finance degree from the University of California.
I mean...
So all of those things, all the measurables are there.
The intangibles are that his teammates seem to love him.
His coach loves him.
And if it is Kubiak, which I believe it is going to be, it's the perfect coach pairing with the perfect quarterback because it's kind of the offense that he ran in Indiana.
