And when you listen to Matt Patricia explain that whole sequence of events and how it unfolded and what the Patriots ended up doing in terms of getting Malcolm Butler that interception, you understand why Seattle threw the ball there.
sick and tired of the story I did the game I thought it was an exciting game it was an unbelievable way to end the game and I can only hope that these two teams get us to a point in this game in the fourth quarter so the game can end on something like that where we can discuss it for three weeks on end
I think it's fascinating because we love the league.
We love the history of the league.
And it just reminds me that Robert Kraft should be in the Hall of Fame.
I mean, because all of this has been done under his stewardship of taking over a team that he was a fan of when he was a kid.
So I like history.
If they do win and they do accomplish what you were just talking about, I think that's an amazing accomplishment and something that I can truly respect.
The one thing I will say about that game, too bad it wasn't played the next day when we had the huge snowfall here in New York.
If you remember, I think we had like a foot of snow that hit on the day after that Super Bowl.
That snow, if it would have been the day of the Super Bowl, I think it would have made the game a little bit closer.
That Seahawks defense was amazing.
All right, Brian, so it's your turn.
What are your two worst?
Yes.
I was fortunate enough to play in one Super Bowl, which turned out to be a bad memory, but although it's a good memory, that was Super Bowl XXIII because I got a chance to participate in it, and who would have ever thought a kid from East Islip, Long Island, who had one college scholarship offer, and when he got to college, he was 11th string on the depth chart, was able to turn that into a Super Bowl appearance with the Cincinnati Bengals back in 1988.
I can probably name about six of them.
But that's about it.
Nobody really cares.
That's all.
