And uh Yeah, and but uh you know, I s like I still do do live presentations because that worked and people would come to me for that.
So I could send out a thing and back then I used to like letter drop to to do uh live presentations and it was amazing that people turned up.
But
Yeah.
Nowadays we can use social media and stuff and we can refine it and we can target ads and like do all this stuff.
So like I audited my hunting season and I was like, live presentations work really good if people turn up.
So I just like put emphasis on that.
And now we use like that same model for when we want to recruit at Guardian.
I'll have an open day.
Like back then I was trying to get one mortgage client.
And if three turned up, that was a mean ratio because I was like, I can get one out of three, you know.
Like these days I'm like, how do we get in front of a hundred thousand people by Friday?
You know, like it's very different.
But the the audit process was basically looking at it, like, let's not drive to Napier, let's do a real result.
So I think
You have to be self critical, um, and honest with yourself about your hunting season, 'cause when you finish the hunting season, like everything feels good 'cause you're like, my income's increased and I'm performing better and stuff like that.
But if you wanna take it to the next level, then it really is about
being critical of the hunting season, figuring out what work, what they're done.
Um and trying to become an expert in the things that did work.
