Yeah, with all the Iran war and stuff, we saw interest rate predictions go up because fuel price is inflationary.

It definitely has moved markets, and it has moved interest rate pricing as well.

The one-year fixed rates are still very much the same, short-term stuff, but the longer ones have definitely had a pop-up.

And then banks have been like, yeah, there's a bit more risk in that long-term rate, so we're just going to add a little bit into the assessment.

What I do notice is they move the test rate up, and then we'll get a policy update.

And it's like, you can have another border now, or you can do this.

So there's easing and tightening.

So there's always a bit of yin and yang with that stuff.

But yeah, triple CFA is not scary like it used to be.

We still, you know...

looking at affordability, looking at people's expenses, making sure that you're not like a complete gambling addict, stuff like that.

But like we can also use more common sense.

We can apply common sense to like a credit assessment as an example.

I'm not going to look at your statements and be like,

I might actually ask you.

I'll be like, shit, five nights out at dinner.
