You know, you can turn up,

and do like the bank will let you have a 10 deposit start so you don't need to save the 20 that's just not a thing banks go in and out of having money available in the sector but we can always find one it seems never seems to be an issue to find one and then even more than that is some banks will go beyond that and go to like a five percent deposit requirement so you can borrow 95 of the purchase we still have ko doing like a government guarantee scheme

which means you can turn up with a 5% deposit and we'll get you special interest rates as well.

There are fees involved with that which get added onto your loan, it's like capitalized, so you have to understand that price and cost.

But there's all of the stuff that

isn't really marketed well, I don't think, and people don't know about it, and then they turn up and we're like, oh no, you've got enough in your KiwiSaver or enough in your savings to do it.

Yep, sometimes we bring it up, and it's like,

They come in and they're like, oh, I would like to buy one day for $750.

And we're like, well, right now you can buy for $675.

Would you have a flatmate?

And they're like, yeah, 100%.

Help pay down the mortgage.

And it's like, well, cool.

Then you can go to $750.

And they're like, oh, it lets you borrow more.
