um for people that are like buying their first home and like truly believe it's an asset and they're blinded by like the idea of you know owning this asset but they're just rinsing one asset to like create this other one and then the other one has a whole lot of expenses tied to it whereas like the kiwi savers got a couple of bips of fees and that's it man like let that asset go

i am getting slightly converted on a couple of things eh these robotic lawn mowers yes so i do think like land is getting cheaper to own now because the maintenance side of it is starting to come down a little bit and uh especially with these green loans i did some like rails back in the day like taking the piss out of the green loans because like you can buy a tesla with it and then you can plug it in and it'll cost you more all this shit anyway um

But we have some clients that have put like solar and stuff on their roof and done like gangster solar setups, and they have little to no Powerball now, eh?

And that's a big difference because my Powerball is like $600 a month or whatever.

And I'm like, I will take that 1% loan and put that on my – Invest it.

That is an asset, but that's a –

it's a cash flow adjustment asset, right?

Because it's reducing your expenses because you go to paying like $20 a week down from, you know, $600 a month or whatever from the power bill.

And, you know, long term you hear stories of like, you know, the solar panels need replacing or the battery or whatever.

Whatever it is.

But I do see that working, which is pretty cool.

Yeah.

So I'm starting to believe in that a little bit.

Well, it works a lot better than just being like, oh, I'm going to spend 50 grand on solar.

Because 50 grand...

at $600 a month or whatever is a long time to recover.
