And I think those two things can be true at once, as long as you're surrounded by the right kind of group of people who understand you.
And even if they don't know you that well, if you're part of some, you know, bigger group, like the one you were talking about, like
at least they have compassion for other human beings.
Like they don't need to know your full story to know that they don't know your full story, you know?
So that is an ideal world.
Of course, you're going to come up with all these like gray areas of like, oh, this is a lot trickier than...
it being that simple.
Um, but I think we just have to, at the end of the day, like we're all just trying to survive.
And so it's not the worst thing in the world if you have to leave a group chat and then the owner of that group chat doesn't respond to you because they're pissed off that you left.
Like that's not the worst thing in the world.

It feels so big, doesn't it, especially when you're young.
Like your device and your social situations and dynamics are the be all and end all.
Like whereas at least you and I now can have that perspective and that self-confidence and awareness to be like, no, you know what, it's not serving me.
And maybe you wouldn't have done that 15 years ago.
Definitely not.
Yeah, me neither.
So it just would be really nice if we could just like instill that confidence in young women to be like –
