So it's like, it doesn't feel like work, but man, like it is so exhausting.

And I often, sounds really bad, but I often like let my notifications, like even texts with like, you know, three people in a group chat,

or on Instagram, like I have a few group chats and things like that.

I'll let them pile up till like the end of the week.

And then I will literally put on my to-do list, like clear out notifications.

Oh, that's so organized.

I love that.

Well, it's organized, but like we kind of said before, it kind of lumps everyone into the same sense of admin.

And it's like, okay, cool.

Now I'll sit down with a cup of tea.

And I often do it like on my desktop as if I'm like responding to an email because it's

faster.

Like how did we get here?

You know what I mean?

It's like insane.

It's really, it does feel like admin.

It does feel like a burden sometimes.

It does feel like extra load and extra work on top of what you've already got going on in your life.

So I think like we have to really look at ways that we can be like, you know what, like this woman who spoke to her friends and said, you know what, like this is really hard for me.

Like my brain finds this really difficult.
