I am a real estate agent.

I also really love helping people buy a house.

I think there's no shortage of real estate agents who aren't as good as me because they're just kind of pushing people into a house.

Oh, just buy it, just buy it.

I really want to help somebody find the house that works for them.

I point out issues and like, hey, this is going to be hard to sell when you go to sell it.

So maybe let's not buy it in the first place kind of thing.

I usually only work with one client at a time.

I probably sell 12 houses a year.

I make a lot of money doing it.

And I can just say no thank you when somebody comes up and wants to work with me and I'm busy.
