I got to speak to a group of people who were refugees that he helped out.

They gave their life to the Lord.

And then they wanted to go back to Iran and share Jesus with their family.

So when you got up and they described you being from Iran with all the current

world events right now, I thought, I think it was meant for me to be here and hear this.

And then I was wowed by your faith and your story.

And I came back and I'm like, we must have this guy on the podcast.

And then Zach, after I talked for 20 minutes and told the story, he's like, yeah, I know him.

have that invitation to speak, it was very powerful.

So, I guess, tell us how you got to America and how this happened.

So they were still practicing Islam, your parents and all that?

Yeah.

Well, and it shows you, like, I thought of Ephesians 2 when it says, you know, Jesus tore down that wall of hostility between Jew and Gentile.

But we all have our walls.

The reason I was so struck by your story is when I went over, you know, in Greece, and Larry Bowles, our listeners are familiar with him.

He's been on the podcast many times.

He was like, I want you to speak.

I have a group of Iranians.

They prefer to be called Persians.

Of course, I'm thinking all I know about Iran is they want to bomb us.
