Well ironically, those terms are getting used today in the twenty-first century.
Demon, going back to its original Greek and Latin usage, was a neutral term for a kind of worker be spirit, the same way we might refer to uh a genie or some kind of a messenger or something of that nature.
It was only after centuries of cultural conditioning that the term demon became the bad guy term.

Even the um
The ancient Romans would speak of genius as something that was a gift from a spiritual messenger.
They would refer to it as genii, which was a play on the term jinn or genie in Arab culture.
That's how we used to use demon.
Now the term is conditioned to be exclusively evil.
But ironically, all of this is getting revived today, and the religious language is almost coming full circle.
Some of the people who occupied early Christian nations, they certainly persisted in beliefs of these mysterious anomalous beings, call them fairies or gnomes, or brownies, or alushas, or every culture, literally from Polynesia to Siberia, has stories of these little men.
I heard people speak very ingenuously to me.

Alushus is the term they use, these little men who occupy the hills.
