So today we're going to be like going through the history of the premier of Ontario, which is where we live.

And just like, I just want it to have it all laid out for anyone who,

I'm sure a lot of people who listen to this pod already have these kind of feelings towards Doug Ford.

But I think if you know people who are either on the fence or who voted conservative, and I feel like this could be a useful podcast episode to send to someone because the plan is to kind of go through all the scandals, all the sort of things that he's done to put it in perspective.

It's insanely corrupt.

So that's why they completely defined education.

Yeah, he went on a bunch of late night talk shows in the US and had a very notorious time as mayor because he was actively caught up in drug scandals and stuff like that.

And like going through this, I was just like, because you go back these almost 10 years and you're like, wow, how have all these things stacked up in isolation?

Maybe people could forgive.

But I just feel like after we go through this all, it just really puts into perspective.

how many awful things that they've done and literally been like criminally investigated and had to backtrack on so many things.

So we're going to go through it one more time just for like American listeners, like provincial, our provincial leaders are like similar to governors, right?

Like he manages our large province of Ontario and,

And where we live, Toronto, is in Ontario.

And there's been a big battle of like him trying to control the city of Toronto.

Who hates him.

Despite most of the city would never vote for him.

Yeah.

Because he like has very vested different interests.
