Yeah, beautiful landscapes that also, once they started getting into this, realized like that land is actually not designed well enough to be building on.

But what ultimately ended up happening is like,

they found out there were a bunch of developers that just before these months, like, sorry, months before this was announced.

So this all happened at the end of 2022 when he suddenly said, like, we are going to actually remove 7,400 acres of protected land for development.

And guess what?

There's a bunch of developers that are his friends that stood up to make like $8 billion in property value increase after the fact he announced that.

Because now suddenly this is going to be land that's like,

Turned into condos, turned into like development, basically.

And this is just the beginning.

I do think that they have walked this back after.

Not only were they criminally investigated by the RCMP, also the Auditor General did a bunch of...

investigating and came out with all these things.

Like they realized that the developers just months before were at his daughter's stag and dough.

So they obviously were having like these relationships off the table.
