There's a ton of new science around what mindlessly scrolling your phone does, not just to your brain, but your body, your emotions, and everything about you.
I think we've all fallen down the hole many times of being sucked into our phones.
So today, we're gonna break down what all the contemporary science is saying that your phone is doing to your brain.
it's a big one i mean we talk about like phone use a lot and how much we struggle with it on side note but like brain rot is a colloquial term like it's not like a scientific term but science studies are now breaking it down into subcategories and finding out like what does like constant quick scrolling of short form video do to you so not just like using the internet but that idea of like a tiktok and reels and shorts like that form of brain rot
Yeah.

Well, okay, we can get more into, like, what our brain rot is, but I'm going to start with some research, like, a lot of, like, public health, not only journals, like, scientific journals, but actually public health, what do you say, like, administrations around the world are starting to look into this, of course, especially with young people, because now there's so many, like,
Tablet kids and phone kids getting devices when they're five years old.
So there's an entire field looking into this.
And it's important to make it distinct from some of the other phenomenon like doom scrolling.
That's different?
It is different.
So one of the main...
