So I'm not trying to pretend like people aren't impacted, but what the research shows is that older people can get back to that if they remove these kinds of distractions like phones and not having TikTok and stuff.

But the problem with like a young brain is that it's developing its form of thinking with this.
Like it's not being quote unquote trained.
Some people might make the argument.
And I bring this up in my video is like, maybe we just live in a different world now where we have machines that can do lots of kinds of thinking for us.
And so the premise of my video is like, is Gen Z and below dumb?
Because we're seeing like IQ scores drop.
And what is the reason for this?

It's like, this stuff's not good for us, especially the short form.
