But that's why the brain weight, like all of this in a larger view of being like, it's changing our brains.
People who do more of it, it like scales in frequency.
So like, yes, we can't say unequivocally that of course, if you're anxious and stressed, maybe you're more likely to be on these platforms and be a person who has three hours plus a day.
But,
still that's still worth knowing it's and also it's like who's in charge of this shit evil freaks okay that's something i've been thinking a lot about lately is like i think good people in this world and the average person i do think is a good person
have a view that nobody is inherently better than others, right?
Like, I would say, like, most of the average person would be like, you know, like, no matter your background, where you're from, like, people are people and, like, no one has the right to be better.
And I think sometimes, like,
we have to remember for so much of human history like kings and queens genuinely believed they deserved more and were better and above people and i actually think the people who are like creating these ai systems and run facebook and instagram and tick tock and like some of these people i actually do think think they are better than megalomaniac and deserve to rule everyone and i know like that conversation does happen we've talked
or this recently what was that i don't know but i was just thinking of like kings and queens and being like wait we have to not disillusion ourself that just because most people do believe everyone deserves a right to live well and no one is inherently better than others like
Cause sometimes I'm like, Oh, these people who are like all this AI stuff in particular, like people who are creating these companies and amassing so much wealth, they're just kind of like, don't they ever stop and be like, I should probably get some of that back.
And I should probably like, not think I deserve to control the future of all humanity.
But then I'm like, no, that is like a human condition for a lot of people, especially through history.
We see like people really believe.
And then I'm like, Hey, we need to take serious action against that.
yes that's not bad i think that's bad i think that's an insane thing we did talk about this in our toxic masculinity okay it was literally toxic masculinity that's what so many men yes think this way and i and i think they think it's natural but to me like and i i agree with you and i also see why people like you know being productive and doing things like does feel good and and
like so many studies show and then they get more and then they're like i deserve it because i did it yes it was hard to do that i can see that but i i'm trying to say there's like another level where people and i'm trying to relate it to like royalty because it's like some people believe they were born to be to rule over others yes and especially people who are like
come from families who have a lot of wealth.
Like I'm thinking of like Trump and his kids and you know what I mean?
Like there's people who more than just saying like, well, I worked hard and deserved it.
