Most, what do you say?
Like when something's just kind of like the low brain rot, yeah, low quality, low value content, like, but like creation is fun and it feels really rewarding when you finally get it.
And I can see why that can also be addictive, but that feels like a healthier addiction of somebody who's like,
really into like crafting cool looking content whether it's short form or whatever but um
Last fact I'll say, there is a lot more I could have gone over that is like just to say your brain literally changes when they like measure brain waves of people.
It's like literally they're like, oh, people who use a lot of this have different brain waves shooting out of their brains.
But as it relates to your emotions, there's like emotional desensitization because you're one second looking at a tragedy.
Then you're looking at a comedy.
Then you're looking at an advertisement.
And the brain protects itself by blunting its emotional response.
And they realized this is part of the reason for those people why real life feels slower paced.
Real life relationships and physical activities feel unappealingly dull by comparison is what they say.
Good fucking.
which is really sad that it's like at the end of it all, even if you know it's bad, it's like, it's making it even harder for you to leave.
I guess that's like so similar to a drug.
It's like, even when you know it's bad to stop doing it is so challenging.
Even when you know it's like affecting your relationships and I'm a little annoyed by their whole, like it's like correlation causation.
yeah like i'm just like this is bad i don't think i think at this point it's like pretty unequivocally bad not to say it has no redeeming factors but like most of this research that's why these meta-analysis like the one was literally like there were no positive psychological correlations and many negative ones so like that's not of course it's a correlation but when you're looking at 71 studies and a hundred thousand people you're kind of like
Well, that correlation feels pretty strong.
Yeah.
