And he would just start flogging us.

I would have marks across my back, my legs, my whole body.

And what we had to do was we had to just get out of that room.

And this is the middle of the night.

And we just had to get around him.

He's a huge man.

He was like he'd have to duck to walk into a room.

Huge, huge, huge man.

Like he would remind you of somebody from WWE wrestling big.

And so we'd just get around him, just cop it and get around him or climb out the window.

And then almost every time we just ended up sleeping at the back, either under the house or on the roof, because once we woke up in the morning, he would not be chasing us anymore.

And so I'd share things like that.

And I also seen the way that people would react with their mom, like they would hug their mom or

hug their dad.

The first time a parent told me they loved me was my mom when I was 23 years of age.

And that was also the first hug I'd ever gotten.

So when I'd see people hug and kiss, I'd be like, oh, you guys are weird.

What are you doing?

Why are you showing affection like that?

So I knew that I'm seeing things that were triggering me.
