No, that was pretty strange.
So if somebody like was feeling under the weather, be like, oh, make sure to go sign up for your bum shot.
That is weird.
Hindsight's very 2020 because again, like when you're surrounded by everybody who's normalizing this and it's like many of these people have been with this group for years.
It was really interesting because the turnover rate on average from what I remember them saying was like eight months.
Wow.
But if you lasted beyond that, oftentimes it seemed like you'd stay for years, five years, 10 years.
So so many people in the organization, it was this like divide of like been there forever or brand new like you.
So the brand new like you, we're all just taking the lead from the, hey, we've been here forever.
It's like one big family.
So you'd kind of like follow their lead.
And when they're all acting like it's normal, you kind of don't question it.
And again, for majority of us, this is our first job outside of school.
So you don't really have a benchmark of what's normal corporate behavior.
And you're in this like, we're not like the others.
Like we're boho hippies saving the world.
It again, like you don't expect it to run like corporate America because it's not corporate America.
It's this organization that's free spirited and changing the world and everything's in the name of doing the right thing.
I think it was kind of like, oh, they can't handle it.
Like that was kind of the vibe that I would get.
