We're the ones that are going to change the world, which makes you feel as a young person desperate for a sense of direction and meaning.
It makes you feel like, oh, I'm a part of something bigger than myself.
Like I'm really doing something to better the world.
And that's what gets you kind of stuck in this loop.
And I think the enemy is like the people who don't care.
You're one of the people who cares.
You're going to be one of the people who really does something to change the world.
And that makes you feel really good.
And I think they really meant it.
And somewhere along the lines, they lost the point.
And they started, in my opinion, mistreating their staff in the name of helping the less privileged around the world.
And I don't think that it's okay to hurt people in the name of helping other people.
You know, I think a lot of the verbiage felt very ritualistic.
Like there was just like lots of phrases that would constantly be used and everybody, like I said, would wear like the same bracelets and the same t-shirts and like all of that felt very ritualistic.
Well, okay, this is a weird one.
When we'd all travel on the road together, there would be a homeopathic or naturopathic doctor that would come.
And like whenever anybody would feel tired, they'd be like, oh, go get your butt shot.
And everybody would go get a vitamin B12 shot in the butt at a workplace, which is like very strange.
And at the time you're like, oh, they care about our health.
But like looking back, you're like, that was weird.
