Uh he wrote a great article about AI is not democratizing creativity.
And it's a great essay about
one of my personal bugbears, which is that the tech industry has really taken over this term democratize.
And generally when I hear that word, it's a huge red flag that means basically we're gonna take something that all of you little people can do and we're gonna make it so that the profits from that activity flow to us, you know, the the small group of
of tech executives and we saw it with crypto.
Crypto was all about democratizing finance and you know, NFTs were gonna democratize art, which mostly just meant stealing other people's artwork and trying to sell NFTs of it.
Um, and I think that the same thing is really happening right now with with democratizing creativity with AI because, you know, Leo, you were talking about how um
Now kids can create videos and, you know, sort of be creative in ways that they previously couldn't, but like the creativity was never the issue, right?
Kids have always been able to be creative, you know, whether it's it's video or art or drawing, you know, those types of things.
And it's not it's not that they didn't have access to uh, you know, creativity, it's that they didn't have access to like
Netflix level studios, right, or those types of resources.
But the creativity is really not different.
