Or you have challenges with interoception, which is, you know, not being in touch with what's going on in your body, it can be really hard to share your emotions or to know what the right thing is to say. podcast-host

And most couples, they don't want to hurt each other, but they may unintentionally hurt each other because they don't know what to say when their partner needs emotional reciprocity. podcast-host
