Yeah, and I had um friend of my daughter's on the podcast and she has Crohn's and um she did not know she was autistic as, you know, a a preteen and a teen and she found out in her twenties and she's I'm gonna be turning thirty.

And she says to herself, Sometimes I gave myself Crohn's because of my anxiety and my worry and whatever and not knowing my neurotype.

I just never, you know.

felt comfortable in situations and was a perfectionist and all of these things.

And now that she knows she's autistic, she's living a life that's so true to her body and her brain.

And I just look at her and I'm like, she's just such a different person, knowing how she needs to function in this world and thrive.
