And I hear so many neurodiverse couples either get in

way too deep with conflict where it's usually one partner screaming at the top of their lungs and I'm raising both hands because that was me and the other person shutting down because they may have lexithymia.

Right.

And they may have interoception challenges.

So they may not know what they're feeling inside.
