And they certainly have the right to whatever information is available and to actually at least get contacted about what their rights are in the circumstance going forward.

What happened here though, Don, as we know, is that during the first period of 24 to 48 hours, there was a missing person and there was no assumption of a victim.

I think we are moving closer now because we have a death.

We have an unexplained death, unusual circumstances, death, where that would happen.

And that's why the district attorney did the meeting and met with the family and said, this is on me.

We should have been, been in contact sooner.

Uh, and, and, uh, Nolan Wells, mom is Wansley is such a gracious person.

She said she appreciated that.

A lot of people say she didn't owe no appreciation whatsoever.

I get both of those things.

Uh, but yes.

So what he's mentioning is the right to receive an incident report.

I am sure that they have now demanded it.

As I've said a number of times on your show, I know the Crump Law team well.

They don't leave stones unturned.

They look under every rock.

So I'm sure everybody is on the same page of accountability without excuse at this point.

I mean, I would hope so.

But I think Monique made a great point earlier, which is it feels like I think as a district attorney, you refer to Monique.
