Yes you have to explain it in ways

that tell people the difference you're gonna make for them.

And he struggled with that, didn't he, honestly.

I think for the start I think things were much worse than we had we had expected.

And I think a lot of the focus uh to begin with was on fixing

longer term problems the country had.

Yeah.

I think we should have been way more optimistic when we started.

So I think I think the challenges the country had were m much more severe than we were expecting.

There was not enough investment i in in the water infrastructure, so there's sewage in rivers.

Country had run out of prison places.

We'd become reliant on Russia for energy.

There wasn't enough investment in the infrastructure the country needed to be civilized.

And And that came as a shock.

The scale of it everywhere, I think, was was a surprise.

Um But didn't you have a separate operation designed to ask those questions to prepare for getting we I think we knew we had we had plans around some of these areas, like on on on on prisons, we had a pretty good King's speech uh to begin with.

Um but I think the centre was was weaker.
