I have to walk around a room.
And I needed auditory.
And so I needed to listen to it.
So book on, you know, tape was my it was my savior.
So much so.
And I would listen and walk in a circle.
You would think I was nuts if you ever watched me in my room.
But that's how I learned.
My best friend, complete opposite.
She would lay in her bed and she had like a heating pad over her face because she needed to feel very comforted.
And she would also auditory is a big one for us.
So she would do it as well in auditory.
But she needed full relaxation.
So again, you have to find what works for you and it's totally okay if what works for another, you know, person with dyslexia isn't working for you.
You just pivot, constantly pivot.
