And I was like, well, I understand that.
But I was like, what if we take the ADHD triggers and we use them for good?
Because when you're ADHD, we can think a mile a minute.
We can move really fast.
Sometimes we just need direction, though.
So it's like, how do you find a way to kind of direct that ADHD, but also use the power that it kind of gives you?
And with dyslexia, we're again, we're very good at patterns.
We're very good at problem solving.
So altogether for writing is.
The dyslexia helps me figure out the plot, really helps me organize that plot really, really well.
The ADHD makes me go really fast.
And so I learned very early on that if I put dictation on my computer and I get up and I start walking around the room and I start having a conversation with my characters out loud, all of those words are now on the page for me.
And I get to go back later and my dyslexia starts organizing it.
And then right there I have my outline, but I have to use what makes my brain work.
You know, what triggers me to be able to put all those pieces together on a page.
Oh, you know, I actually I can tell you the story for this.
So I was I was in a car ride and I had just gone back from a vacation, like a road trip with my parents.
We've just seen my godparents and we're in the car.
I get super carsick, like like deathly ill in a car.
And so we're driving.
