We should say the Australian university sector punches above its weight.
Like some of the medical breakthroughs coming from the university sector are incredible.

So, looking at the BetaShares ETF, it does have UnitedHealth Group as its fourth largest holding, which is a health insurer.

Obviously, because these global pharmaceutical giants are so big, many of them sit right at the top of the index.
We've got Eli Lilly, Johnson & Johnson, AbbVie, AstraZeneca, Roche, Merck, Novartis.
