There is, there's baked in sexism, but hopefully I can get back on that career ladder.

Because I guess for some people, parting with another half a percent or 1% is a big deal.

Do we then need to get rid of total remuneration contracts?
Because that basically means that both sides come from the employee, right?
So they get a double whammy.
Even though that's the case, if you're on a total REM contract and the percentage is rising, you are literally seeing your income go down every time the percentage goes up.
Whereas at least if it's theoretically on top, then you can plan on the basis that actually I only have to put another half a percent.

Yes.
And I think lots of Kiwis have started paying a bit more attention to their KiwiSaver because the amount of money that's in there is becoming more significant, but also the total KiwiSaver pile is becoming more significant.
So as a country, do we actually need to start looking at that as a resource that we could be investing in some of the things that we need?
One thing I did want to ask, the more funds we have under management, the more I start to think about is the regulation around the fees and the disclosure.
