Yeah, I just want to make one, I want to correct the record for a minute.

Because I was looking at this and I didn't speak accurately.

So I was reading from the proposed property taxes for Spirit for this year.

And so I just want to clarify.

The portion that was the county commission tax

was $755,668,000.

I'm sorry, million?

I'm sorry, excuse me, $765,668.

The Dania Beach portion was $799,000.

That was the tax.

And the total tax of all ad valorem taxes in the county that Spirit paid was $2,800,000.

and $800,000.

So I just want it clear what the tax base is and probably what any company that Mr. Swindell was talking about could be providing the same tax base for the county.

So that's that part.

And the second part is I just want to make it really clear.

I have said over and over I want to put the brakes on everything, Mayor.

Mayor, I'd like you to hear this, please.

I have said I don't want to spend $700,000.

But I'm talking to you, please.

I don't want to spend $750 million, $1,000 million on the current land property that we have with Gore.
