And then the second part, being in the insurance business, is around flooding.

I sit with clients all the time.

I see their homeowners premium going up for a lot of reasons, but a large piece is because of the flood zones, and it's getting worse as the years go on.

This is something that we can invest for our community to be able to actually save them cash on a regular basis.
