I think it's unfair, and these people are critical to our organizations, and the fact that they are not getting a fair shake here is not right.

And we're only going to end up doing three of the holidays, but I understand, you know, this is,

incremental probably, but hopefully we should start somewhere if the buildings are closed and they should get their pay.

To think that the Thanksgiving weekend, the gentleman just said they get paid three days, other people get off two days and get the pay.

So that is just not right.
