Uh I have had several complaints, but in a particular one in in Sunrise, where the the elevators were out for months and you had people having cancer treatments and couldn't get downstairs.

It it it's just i it's unacceptable.

that uh th it could take so long to either get a part and if they can't if they if they no lon and I understand some of these elevators are older, they can't get parts.

But they have to figure out a way.

That people cannot be stuck up in their apartments on a fourth floor.
