So I want you to imagine something.

You are a visitor coming in from somewhere, whether you're a resident or whether you're coming in globally or whether you're coming in as a business traveler.

After you pick up your bag, that first experience you have is getting in a taxi or a ride share.

And that is critical to our destination.

So everything that you've seen that the industry is recommending, the tourism industry,

There's a gap between where we are and where we need to be.

And there's a time urgency on this.

So when I stood before you, I think it was late spring, IPW, as I just said, is 222 days away, folks.

That's in May.

We are running out of time.

And it is critical to the industry that they have an amazing experience once they get here.

That first point of contact and often that last is getting in a taxi cab.

Now, besides everything in the standards that we've already talked about and recommended, that taxi driver needs to be an ambassador to this destination.

They need to be familiar with this destination.
