However, I want to just thank Heiko for a statement that he made.

He said 322 is National Taxi Day.

He said, but we need to be concerned for residents of Broward as well.

And Commissioner Rogers just touched on that.

And I had written down because, I mean, I don't know.

I think most of you are aware of the times that we've had incredible complaints about TOPS and people being left in stranded places.

And I have to tell you the introduction of Yellow Cab

working with our TOPS programs and overflow, and now looking at the late night shift program.

These are all things that are so important for our own community, 365 days a year.

So I just want to say I'm very comfortable with the other pieces, but I want to make sure that we understand that this is

also something that needs to be considered for the residents of Broward, and particularly those that have handicaps or are seniors, people that don't drive.

It's very important what we're doing with the TOPS program now.

It's making it a lot better, and we could continue to improve it.
