But there's a learning curve as well.

You may not know how to use these apps exactly how they're supposed to be used.

So that's why you get those mistakes.

As people become more used to them, that'll change.

Yeah, so this homeowner, he used an AI software platform called Diggs.

He was building a new house, and halfway through the process, his wife decided that she wanted a sports court.

So rather than have to input all kinds of costly change orders and deal with maybe potential miscommunication, he was able to go right to his laptop, put in a box where he thought it might fit,

then he could see that it wouldn't fit, so he moved it to the driveway.

And within minutes of doing that, his contractor was notified by Diggs of the change and was able to confirm that that would work.

And he messaged the concrete guys to let them know before they did the pour, the landscape designer weighed in.

Everybody was able to weigh in.

Exactly, which can lead to added costs because, as you know, everything costs with home renovation.

They do.

Not a lot of money, and it varies widely depending on the app you're using.

There's one called Remodel AI, which is the one that lets you sort of upload a photo and then ask questions and say what you want and generates images.

That costs $10 a month or $50 a year.

For digs, which is the one where the homeowner put in his sport court, builders currently pay $69 per user a month, but the contractor vendors and homeowners can participate for free.

So that would come into the cost of your overall project, but you wouldn't be paying for that individually.

I mean, it was pretty funny.
