I have this very small bedroom and I thought, well, my kids are going to college.
Maybe I turned it into a walk-in closet.
And so it was able to design a walk-in closet, but it was all men's clothes, for example.
And it got rid of a window and a door that were there.
I just also used something called Remodel AI and I asked it to come up with more contemporary design of my room as a bedroom.
And it came back with this, I don't know, it looks like
pod hotel or something, something I would never do.
But I chose the options to make it coastal and to make it southwestern.
And the coastal one, they put palm trees in the windows as if I had changed my entire location.
It's interesting.
It gives you ideas.
There are some that are project management focused, so it helps them get a better understanding of how much everything's costing.
There are a lot that also help with after you're finished the project, because you can go into a room, click on an appliance and say, what is this?
And it'll come up with a model number.
I don't know if you've had this experience, but trying to keep the paper manuals for every appliance you have and figure out what it is and how to fix it.
It's a very easy way to do that.
And
When you're selling your house, then you can also pass on that information to the next person.
